Refund policy

My goal is to have Happy Customers and a fun community! but if you are not happy with a purchase, lets make it right!

 

Start a Refund Request:
Let me know the reason for the return request by responding to you email order confirmation, within 3 days AFTER delivery (Please include pictures if damaged).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

If the package shows heavy damage on arrival, I can't be held responsible for the mail carriers. I can only promise that it will be shipped securely and I can add insurance to valuable packages.

Exchanges:
I can't offer Exchanges due to the fact that I don't always have duplicates. But reach out anyway because it is a possibility that I do.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us. If not approved. I will send it back to you at my expense. (I will do my best to avoid the need for this entirely!).

I reserve the right to approve/deny request as I see fit and fair. I may be an A-hole but i'm not 100% a Dick!
